  • My outdoor classes are fun and the 45 minutes flies in. Every class is different with a mixture of H.I.I.T. and strength training. Lifting weight (dumbells) are so important for women and that’s why  you will use your dumbbells in every class. 

    You will be feeling fitter and stronger after the first class. You bring your own matt, dumbells and water bottle. Some classes are a full body workout and others concentrate more on your upper body or lower body.

    Whether you are feeling tired, stressed or having a bad day, exercising outdoors always makes you feel so much better especially when you’re exercising with a lovely bunch of women from my class. We do work hard but we always have the craic too and you will be feeling fitter, stronger and happier than before.

  • I provide you with a yoga matt and dumbells. All you need to bring is your bottle of water.

    I offer diet and nutrition advice and a tailored workout programme to help you achieve your fitness goals and I teach you how to do each exercise correctly and safely.

    Before the first session you fill in a food diary to give me an idea about what your average day looks like foodwise if you want to chat about your nutrition. You choose the venue either Marlay Park or Loreto Park Nutgrove. The first session is 1 hour and after that its 45 minutes.
